Data used to run Gapmigo
We use your school email for authentication, nickname and campus for your profile, and plan, participation, attendance, block and reconnection records to operate the service. We do not need your full class timetable or precise device location.
What other people see
Guests see limited plan summaries. Verified students see plan information and host nicknames. Detailed meeting notes and attendee information are restricted to confirmed participants. Your email and private reconnection choices are not publicly displayed.
Service providers and storage
Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. This website is hosted using Sites infrastructure. Authentication uses browser storage and an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in and verify website access. Sign out on shared devices.
Product measurement
We collect limited named product events and operational counts to understand whether plans lead to meetings. Event payloads do not include email addresses, meeting notes or report text.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in Profile. Account-linked plans, memberships and connections are removed through database relationships. Reports can remain with personal references removed for safety review. Contact us about remaining records or privacy questions.
